Mailing Avenue StageWorks, LLC ownership team is dedicated to creating the environment for movie and television productions in Atlanta. The investment group is comprised of Tyler Edgarton, John Raulet and Paul Raulet (left to right in photo above).

John Raulet has been a key player in the television and motion picture industry in Atlanta over the last 5 years, leasing over 1,000,000 sq. feet of office and industrial space for such films as “42”, “Identify Theft”, “The Watch” and “The Internships”. John’s extensive experience with all production locations offers him key insight into the unique needs of a production.

Paul Raulet and Tyler Edgarton have a combined 60 plus years of experience in Real Estate Investment in the city of Atlanta. The duo has completed over 45 transactions and have a current portfolio of over 15 properties in Atlanta’s urban core.
